Good Morning Trendsetters. I know I haven't visited Trendsylvania in a minute. In the past year, especially this past week I've been dealing with something that has been weighing on my heart, & I want to bring light to this thing we call cancer. It seems to me lately in the past couple of years I've been hearing more about cancer than any other disease. From old to young, people are dealing with this or dying from this. What is even crazier is there are alot more young people that are diagnosed with all types of this disease. That concerns me. Everyone, we must take care of ourselves. Exercise & diet is a must. We have to watch what we put into our temples. (bodies)We all have to see our primary Dr. regularly. Built a relationship with them like your local mechanic or hair dresser. This is your life we are talking about so it is very important that you do. Lastly, which I think is very, very important is early detection. If you find out about this disease or find out before it becomes this disease, treating it a head of time will definitely help you in your chances to fight this disease.

So be a Trendsetter & take care of yourself. There are a lot of great people that had lives that were cut short & did not get to fulfill their purpose in life due to this. PLEASE... don't follow this trend. Take care of yourselves.
